Project Access

Whether you are an established patient or a potential new patient with questions, please feel free to contact our office. Our staff is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and can arrange a phone interpreter for other languages. It is best to pick your care navigator’s extension, if you know it, when calling in. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 4:30PM. If you are calling after hours or during a holiday, please leave a message and we will return your call on the following business day.

To ensure continued eligibility, all Project Access patients must verify all income for the entire household and residency in Tennessee every six months. For a list of documents accepted for household income, click here for English and here for Spanish, or call our office at 615-712-6237. Frequently used templates can be found below. If you would like to receive one of these documents in the mail, please call the Project Access office and speak with your care coordinator.

Who is Eligible for Project Access?

To qualify for Project Access, patients must…

Be referred to Project Access by a participating clinic partner. For help finding a clinic in your area, call us at 615-712-6237 and we would be happy to assist.

Be a resident of Middle Tennessee.

Have a household income at or below 200% of the current Federal Poverty Level.

Not be eligible for health insurance, including but not limited to TennCare, CoverKids, Medicare, and employer-sponsored insurance.
