Project Access

The Medical Foundation of Nashville’s Project Access Nashville Specialty Care supports health access by providing a coordinated system of specialty care for low-income, uninsured residents of Middle Tennessee.
Project Access Nashville Specialty Care (PANSC) accepts referrals from free and charitable primary care clinics, participating volunteer specialty partners, and the emergency departments of participating hospitals.

The Process

Once a referral is received, PANSC patients are connected with a care navigator who walks each patient through every step of the process. The PANSC Care Navigator Team is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and utilizes interpreters for dozens of other languages spoken in our community.
